You connect your accounts
OAuth connection to Google Ads and Meta Ads in minutes. You choose your profile (agency or advertiser). You upload your brand briefs (PDF, slides). The agent automatically ingests your context from your site, your briefs, and the last 90 days of history. At this stage, the agent touches nothing. It observes.
The agent delivers a strategic diagnosis
Not an anxiety-inducing list of anomalies. A strategic read. A 0-100 pilot score with four sub-scores: media coherence, audience activation, first-party data activation, creative freshness. A strengths / weak signals / threats mapping per platform. A perceived strategic axis in one sentence. You dig in where you want, when you want.
The agent proposes, you arbitrate
Once the read is in place, you enter the pilot dashboard. The agent proposes structured actions: pause an underperforming campaign, activate an audience, refresh creatives, adjust budget. For each proposal, it exposes its intent, reasoning, sources, alternatives discarded, and confidence level. You approve, modify, or refuse with justification.
The agent executes and learns
If you approve, the agent executes the action on the platform. Outcome is measured at D+7, D+14, D+30. If you refuse, your justification enters the Decision Memory: the agent adjusts future proposals on this client to respect your rule.
